2. What this website is
The website is a catalogue of our production. No online purchases or payments are made through it. The information shown about the products is indicative and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Art. 290 of the Bulgarian Commercial Act.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Prices are not published, because they depend on the model, the wood, the grade of the material, the finish, the fabric and the quantity.
- An enquiry through the form, by email or by phone places you under no obligation and is free of charge.
- A contract arises only once you confirm our quotation in writing.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation itself.
4. The products are made of solid wood
Solid wood is a natural material. Differences in grain and shade, and the presence of natural markings, are characteristics of the material rather than defects. Colours on screen may differ from the actual ones – for larger orders we recommend requesting a sample.
The dimensions stated are nominal. The tolerances customary in woodworking apply.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the website – texts, photographs, drawings, logo and design – is the property of Savel Ltd and is protected by the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act. Copying and republishing without written consent is not permitted.
6. Warranty and complaints
In sales to consumers, the statutory warranty of two years applies under the Bulgarian Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods. The specific warranty terms are stated in the quotation and in the documents accompanying the order.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, mechanical impact, exposure to humidity outside the recommended 40-60%, or unauthorised alteration of the product.
7. Dispute resolution
We aim to settle every dispute amicably. Consumers may contact:
- The Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection – 4A Slaveykov Sq., 1000 Sofia, tel. 0700 111 22, kzp.bg.
- The European Commission online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
